Yoga meets Psychology Events
Upcoming events
we’ll be back soon!
in Berlin and Hamburg
We often find ourselves running from work all day to a yoga class at night, just to recover, catch our breath, and feel our bodies. Why do we often feel calm inside after practicing yoga - connected to ourselves? What exactly is causing this inner calm? And how can we take this connection with us into everyday life?
Yoga with all its components is seen as a path creating unity of body and mind. Our bodies and minds are constantly communicating, and we want to take the space to listen. Yoga meets Psychology unifies elements of yoga and psychological coaching. The focus during the events is on exploring ourselves.
We take hours to perceive the body as a safe home, to create awareness of what is, and to have a positive focus. Yoga meets Psychology allows you to withdraw for a few hours and connect with yourself. A retreat from all the challenges of everyday life to emerge with renewed energy at the end of the day.

We, Alisa and Katrin, have a passion for the connection of body and mind. On and off the yoga mat, we both feel how the yoga practice gets us physically and mentally moving – how it gives us stability. Every day we experience the power that arises when we consciously get in touch with our thoughts and feelings - and talk about them with others. With Yoga meets Psychology we want to share the full potential of the connection between body and mind, between yoga and psychology.
